Going into my interlock device experience back in February, I was sure it would be a mortifying experience and I was so embarrassed and stressed out about it. That all changed once I interacted with the staff at the Spokane Valley location who were so friendly and helpful and accommodating and knowledgeable. Every month since then including today when I went in has been the beat experience I could have hoped for. The gentlemen there are fast and efficient and have consistently worked with my schedule and even fit me in to having the device removed today despite not having an appointment! I can’t thank them enough for making an otherwise awful situation into a totally great customer service experience.
Smart Start has a very easy process in getting started and was extremely helpful in helping me understand the process and requirements for getting set up on installation. There were other companies with a cheaper price but they failed on all aspects of service and knowledge. Smart a start made the process headache-free and were very informative so they deserve a 5-star rating. The customer service associate Rod, that helped me was professional and fast.
